Making A Purchase

Follow the simple steps below to order your products

  • Browse the product domains and select the product you wish to buy. Remember; check the product dimensions and weight to ensure it fits where you want it to go!

  • By the way, the price you see next to the product is the price you pay. Providing the ordered goods are to be sent to a mainland UK address, all packaging and home delivery costs etc are built in: no add-ons!

  • Enter the quantity you require and then click the 'add to basket' button.

  • You will now be taken to your shopping basket page, which will contain all the items selected and press the 'Checkout Now' button.

  • You will be asked to complete shipping details of where your order is to be delivered to. Once all details have been entered click the 'Continue Order' button.

  • You will be presented with another screen asking you to verify shipping details and your selected payment method. Fill in the relevant details and then click the 'Continue Order' button once again.

  • Confirm your order details and click the 'Continue Order' button for the final time.

  • Well done. You have now placed an order with Maverick Interiors. You will receive an email confirming your order. Make a note of your order number for reference and print out your order receipt.

  • When goods are ready to be dispatched we will email you to arrange a convenient delivery day. We will not courier your goods without first checking with you!
Important Note

If you wish to make changes to the order, such as amending the delivery address or adding or deleting items, please email sales [at] maverickinteriors [dot] com within four (4) hours of placing the order.

Note: You can also pay by cheque. If you select this option during the checkout phase we will ship your order upon receipt of your cheque. Cheques should be made payable to 'Maverick Interiors' and should be sent to PO Box 579, Wigan, WN1 9ES.

How will your goods be delivered?


We find that Royal Mail take very good care of our cherished goods.

Oh…and don't worry, we won't sneakily dispatch products out to you without first communicating with you. Please be sure to give an email address, landline or a mobile number when placing your order so we can easily contact you. We don't leave you guessing!

Important Note:

We can only deliver to an address as you have entered it when you ordered the goods and we can accept no responsibility for late or non delivery if said address has been entered incorrectly or incompletely. At such time the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered and risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer.

We cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to postal strikes, transport strikes, flood, drought, civil unrest, legislation and other incidents outside of our control.


Another Important Note:

We all know delivery personnel can be impatient, clip-board wielding chaps who just want your signature so they can zoom off elsewhere. So, mindful of this reality, don't worry about signing for goods that you haven't had chance to check for damages.

We always take care packing our goods but if you have received something that is damaged, don't worry. Simply let us know within 48 hours or so of receiving the goods and we'll make you happy again. Either a full refund, replacement item....either way you can't lose.

Where do we deliver?


The 'Total Price' shown on our wesbite includes delivery to any mainland UK address but there may be a surcharge for delivery beyond this geographic area (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly…etc). If you want to get your hands on our lovely products but live outside of mainland UK or overseas, please contact us for a quote. We promise we'll do our very best and will even absorb some of the extra cost wherever possible.

How soon can we deliver your goods to you?

Normally within 7 days. Although our products are handcrafted in very small numbers, all the items you see on our website are sold from stock so you won't have to wait long. If there is any deviation from this (special orders) we will always communicate a clear time line. We never leave our customers guessing!
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock or you have requested a special order, we will happily back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
We are only a tiny company and so have opted not to register for VAT. Therefore, all the prices you see on our website do not feature a tax element. This is good news for you!

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Well, the collection of personal address details is an industry in itself these days and some online firms do cash-in (£) and sell on customer address details. We won't because we appreciate how unsettling and annoying that can be. None of the information collected on this site will be sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned to anybody.

We would of course like to keep in touch with you but rather than bombard your email Inbox with latest news material (does anybody actually like that junk mail stuff?) to drum up more sales we think it best to leave the customer in peace. After all, we are only ever a few clicks away!
Returns Policy

What is our returns policy?


Damaged goods: We'll cry if any of the items are damaged on delivery to you but if they are, don't panic and don't get angry! Please notify us within 48 hours or so of delivery by email (sales [at] maverickinteriors [dot] com). We will arrange for the damaged product to be returned (at our expense) and will dispatch a replacement as soon as we have sight of the returned damaged item. If we are unable to replace the item (e.g. sold-out limited edition…) we will apologise profusely, refund you in full and recommend an alternative product.
